In a candid interview with Today, the great-great-grandmother spoke about her love for her job – which she enjoys so much she refuses to call it work – as she explained that her dedication to her work is something she has inherited from her. own mother.
“I can’t say I’m working when I like what I’m doing, so I feel guilty if I say I’m working,” she said.
“It’s not for everyone, but it works well for me. My mother was the same way. In fact, she died here in the office, sitting here doing her job. She was in her 80s and died sitting at her desk. So I said if this is God’s will for my life, so be it.
She added that while she understands why people would want to retire at 60, she can’t imagine being ‘happy’ while ‘staying at home’.

She told Today: “I try to eat right, sleep well and live right.”
